By accessing or using this Site or any services offered by Integrity Works, including online training, consulting, and coaching services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site or the services provided by Integrity Works.

By using our Site or any services (including online training, consulting, or coaching), you agree to the following:

• You are at least 18 years old or accessing the Site under the supervision of a legal guardian.
• You will use the Site and services for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• You agree not to upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
• You agree not to engage in any behaviour that could harm the functionality of the Site, disrupt services, or interfere with other users' experiences.
• You agree to comply with the specific terms provided for any online training, coaching, or consulting engagements, as outlined in the service agreement or order confirmation.

We reserve the right to restrict access to certain areas of the Site or services, at our discretion.

All content, materials, services, and digital assets provided on the Site or as part of our training, coaching, or consulting services, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, tutorials, downloadable resources, and software, are the intellectual property of Integrity Works or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You are granted a limited license to access and use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or resell any content or digital assets provided by Integrity Works without our explicit permission.

Integrity Works offers online training, consulting, and coaching services to help teams and individuals improve their Agile practices and workflows. By engaging in these services, you agree to the following terms:

• Access to Online Training: Access to any online training or coaching materials, whether paid or free, is non-transferable. Sharing access credentials with third parties is prohibited.
• Consulting and Coaching: Consulting and coaching services are provided according to the terms agreed upon between Integrity Works and the client. Any digital resources or materials provided as part of these services, such as templates, guides, or other tools, are for the client's internal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Dates and Times: Dates and times for online training may change from time to time. For participants who have registered and paid for online training, Integrity Works will provide at least 2 days' notice if a scheduled session is to be rescheduled.
• Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellation or rescheduling of consulting or coaching sessions must be done within the timeframe specified in the service agreement or order confirmation. Failure to comply with this policy may result in forfeiture of the session and associated fees.
• Training Materials: All training materials provided as part of online training sessions are for personal use only and are not to be shared, copied, or reproduced without the prior specific written consent of Integrity Works or an authorised representative.
• Recordings Prohibited: Participants are not permitted to make audio or video recordings (fully or partially) of any online training session for self-playback or for sharing with others, without the prior specific written consent of Integrity Works.
• Course Content Disclaimer: The information provided during training is general in nature, and Integrity Works accepts no liability for any losses incurred through the implementation of the training content.
• Course Language: All courses will be taught in English.
• Course Changes: The content, features, benefits, conditions, prerequisites, promotions, discounts, or special offers for any course may change without prior notice.
• Payment Terms: Full payment is required to book a place in any online training course, and your place will be confirmed once full payment is received.
• Refund and Cancellation Policy: If an online training session needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants who have paid in full will be offered either a full refund or an alternative training booking.
• Payment Methods: The available payment methods and payment platform provider may change without prior notice.

From time to time, Integrity Works may offer digital assets for sale, including but not limited to:

• Training materials (e.g., workbooks, eBooks, and video tutorials)
• Templates and toolkits for Agile processes
• Software tools or plugins for Agile practices

By purchasing any digital products from Integrity Works, you agree to the following terms:

• Refund Policy: Digital products are non-refundable unless otherwise specified at the point of sale. If you experience any technical difficulties in accessing purchased digital assets, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue.
• Usage and Distribution: Purchased digital products are licensed for your personal or organisational use only. Reselling, sharing, or redistributing the digital assets to third parties without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
• Pricing: All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Any negotiated price between Integrity Works and the client takes precedence over any pricing displayed on the Site. Course fees and prices may change without prior notice.

Our Site and services may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience or reference. We do not control or endorse the content, products, services, or policies of third-party sites, and we are not responsible for their actions or content. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk, and you should review the privacy policies and terms of use of these websites.

Integrity Works is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, services, or digital assets, or inability to access the Site or services.
