Hi, I’m Paul Casanova, a Registered Scrum Trainer and Certified Working Genius Facilitator. I’m passionate about helping teams and leaders to become productively fulfilled through expert training, facilitation and coaching. 

At Integrity Works, my mission is to empower teams and leaders to achieve sustainable success through expert Scrum training, Working Genius facilitation, and Agile coaching. I help teams improve decision-making, increase collaboration, and consistently deliver value, fostering a culture of trust, adaptability, and high performance.
